The MOW exhibition in Bad Salzuflen is a premier event in the furniture sector, and among industry pioneers and emerging brands taking part in it, OKIN stands out for its innovative approach to drive and technology systems for comfort furniture.
With its new seating collection, OKIN combines decades of experience in the development of reclining systems with groundbreaking technologies. The result is innovative seating and reclining solutions that reflect modern lifestyles and set new standards in comfort, functionality, and user experience.
With the new 5298D and 5792D Wood-to-Floor mechanisms, OKIN is setting new trends for modern seating furniture. Both systems combine high seating comfort with intelligent features and meet the requirements of today’s living concepts.
With its 140 mm ground clearance, the 5792D not only offers a modern high-leg look but also provides ample space for the use of vacuum robots.
The 5298D delivers maximum comfort in minimal space with True Zero Wall and Zero Gap. The Zero-Gravity function provides a comfortable reclining position, while the space-saving design allows for flexible integration into modern furniture designs.
With the 3321D, OKIN expands its recliner portfolio with a mechanism that impresses with its exceptionally smooth and natural movement while offering high flexibility for integration into various frame constructions.
Elevating the comfort experience, we are also presenting new control options, including the FS.50 touchscreen console that can be raised to facilitate operation of all its functions, the 12l sofa cooler that can be integrated into the sofa central armrest to keep refreshments always chilled, and the air-massage system with time, type, and intensity settings for personalized comfort.
In the bedding sector, OKIN is presenting two new Okin Bed Mechanisms: OBM300 flat-frame and OBM400 lift-frame. Special attention goes to the Foldable Drop-In-Frame OBM300, which uses an ultra-flat drive and mechanism structure to deliver a flat frame compatible with box-spring and continental beds that is easy to install – simply “drop it” inside the bed frame – and to transport thanks to its foldable structure.
Complementing the offer, our visitors will also have the opportunity to try first-hand the new Anti-Snore-Massage System. This unique system addresses big health concerns such as snoring and sleep apnea by using a soothing massage system to reduce or eliminate the issue. Another big benefit from this system comes from the fact that the massage system can be used as a stand-alone, alleviating muscle tension while providing additional comfort.
This September, we are excited to present the upgraded Okimat 6-RF-BT-Memo, now featuring an integrated socket for handsets, making its installation even easier and more convenient.
For the Office sector, OKIN will showcase its high-performance system components, including three-part lifting columns, flexible control units with optimized collision detection, and various handset options as part of the DS2 desk system. The versatility of OKIN lifting columns comes with an array of different designs and setups available, from one-legged coffee tables to 2/3/4-legged workstations and bench systems, in addition to their use in whiteboards and TV stands.
Together with stable frame components and desk feet from the OKIN modular system, our products meet all the requirements of EN 527 and DIN FB 147 and are therefore particularly suitable for setting up certified desk systems, ensuring the safety of final users.
